Fill-in Flash Assignment

I have been playing around and learned how to use my external speed-light flash connects to my camera to able to get good light in the photos and am loving it!  I went up in Athens to see my sister and her roommates to do some photo shooting, my teacher kept forcing me to go out to shoot any events with people gathering around either inside or outside of buildings. Enjoy the photos! =]

I am pretty much enjoyed shooting sports, even I love sports!

Friday-11.6.09-  I got caught up so busy with my plans and errands, to getting ready to shoot for my next projects and all. So I had to redo for my sport action, again. My teacher told me to try shoot basketball. So I went up to Athens, for UGA basketball Exhibition game against North Georgia.  I actually did got many good photos from the game. I able kept my sharp eye on the ball for almost whole game. =o]

Sunday- 11.8.09-  I went to Softball Tournament at Victor Lord Park, in Winder.  It was pretty fun out there and enjoyed watched the girls played against another team, with age group or youth. It was pretty amazing to see how they played and their skills. I shot couple of good photos, turned out ok, it wasn't my favorite sport to shoot, able to kept my eyes on the ball? Didn't happen, kept missing almost all of time. At least I caught few good photos, it was good practice for me as well.

Feature!

I had to shoot the photos of people and try catch the great moments out there, for my photojournalism class.  So I shot many photos of those kind of events past October, it was blast.  Hope you enjoy the photos! =

Actual Sports....that sports have a team!

I had to redo this sport action project for my photojournalism class, I got bad graded on my photo of motorcycle, in the race at Road Atlanta, count as motor sports. My teacher said no and told me it's not kind of sports fit in as photojournalism.  So I had to reshoot again, I went to Athens last friday, went to swim meet, Georgia against North Carolina. It was fun to watch the swim meet. It bought me the memories came back to me from my high school years, I used swim for my high school team for three years. I love to swim, enjoy the workout and it's good for your health! I do miss it being part of team in sports. Here's photo that I took at swim meet. Hopefully my teacher will able to OK with my photos. I tried my best!

Favorite Season of all the time- Autumn Photo Shooting

My twin sister and her roommates asked me to come up in Athens to do their "fall" photo shooting. They told me it's their favorite season of year because of those beautiful colorful leaves and dozen different kind of flowers. I had fun with those four girls at garden. I do enjoyed taking pictures of my twin sister when she wasn't expecting me to shoot photos of her. She was like, "ahh Heey, I am not ready!" Gotta love her. =o) Here's few photos here. Low Key Assignment

For my advanced portraiture class, I picked low key shooting, means something's black is on black background. I LOVE low key photography. They are so dramatic and actually does create the mood feelings, sometime it gives me goosebumps. You can check it out on google, type in low-key shooting in portraitures. Children Shoot

Yesterday was children shoot for Advanced Portraiture class, it did went pretty good.  My kid model was most adorable ever in the world!! Shooting the photographs of kids, are HARDER than you think!! Animals wasn't too bad but could be hard as well. But over in all, my photo turned out it's most adorable with cute halloween pumpkin outfit on lovely little girl with two big pumpkins and three mini pumpkins.
